These strawberry yogurt popsicles are a creamy cool treat, made with 4 ingredients, including granola for a little crunch! Make this yogurt popsicle recipe for a healthy dessert.
Puree the strawberries and yogurt in a blender until very smooth.
Add maple syrup or honey to taste (you can also use a different sweetener or omit entirely).
Divide evenly between popsicle molds, leaving some space at the top for granola (approximately 1/4-1/2 inch). Sprinkle in the granola and gently press it down to help it adhere.
Top with popsicle sticks. Freeze until solid, at least 3-4 hours. To serve, briefly run the molds under warm water to help remove the pops.

I used this popsicle maker. Any brand will work, but different molds might use slightly more or less mix.
