These Strawberry Granola Yogurt Popsicles are an easy, healthy snack or dessert. Simply blend, freeze and serve!

  • 20 ounces strawberries, hulled
  • 1 3/4 cup plain, unsweetened yogurt (I recommend either whole milk or low-fat Greek)
  • maple syrup, honey, or agave nectar to taste (I used 2 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup)
  • 1-2 tablespoons granola (Homemade or your favorite brand)


  • Puree the strawberries and yogurt in a blender until very smooth. 
  • Add maple syrup or honey to taste (you can also use a different sweetener or omit entirely).
  • Divide evenly between popsicle molds, leaving some space at the top for granola (approximately 1/4-1/2 inch). Sprinkle in the granola and gently press it down to help it adhere.
  • Top with popsicle sticks. Freeze until solid, at least 3-4 hours. To serve, briefly run the molds under warm water to help remove the pops.


I used this popsicle maker. Any brand will work, but different molds might use slightly more or less mix.
