Use these Cheddar Brioche Buns for grilled cheese sandwiches or with cheeseburgers! They're also amazing dunked in stews or soups.
This recipe yields 8-12 buns depending on how thick you roll them. 8 pieces will yield hamburger/sandwich sized buns, 12 will yield dinner rolls. 8 buns took approximately 30 minutes in the oven. For smaller buns, start checking for doneness after 25 minutes.
