Mushroom Recipe Roundup - Savory Simple

Earlier this month I teamed up with The Mushroom Council for their October PINK campaign and shared a recipe for mushroom skillet lasagna. My recipe embraced the idea of swapability, or swapping meat with mushrooms for increased nutritional value. The Mushroom Council is donating $50,000 to City of Hope for their research on breast cancer and mushrooms. City of Hope scientists have been studying mushrooms (white buttons, in particular) by for their potential effects on breast cancer.

Along with sharing my mushroom skillet lasagna recipe, I requested that people submit their own mushroom recipes as part of a contest. Today I am posting a mushroom recipe roundup that includes all of the links you shared as well as announcing the winner.
